SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGE:

Shipping and handling fees will be charged according to the total order amount except for ballgown, Latin dress and men's suit. Merchandise will be sent by either USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or international air mail parcel.

Processing Time:

Shipping will take 3 to 4 days provided that we have the item in stock. If the item was out of stock, back order will take 3 to 4 weeks. All custom-made orders will take 3 to 4 weeks to process. We will confirm the delivery time when we receive the order.

Return and Exchange

Your satisfaction is our goal, we want to hear from you if you have a problem with Aida product or you like to share with us o how you enjoy it. Please email inform@aidadancewear.com or call 650-267-4832 or 650-455-5544 for a prompt response to your concern.

  • Returns or exchanges are permitted within 7 days from receipt of merchandise.
  • All returns or exchanges must be authorized by Aida Dancewear to ensure proper handling of your return/exchange. Email us for authorization number and instructions prior to shipping merchandise back.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the return does not have a Return Authorization.
  • Returns received after 14 days from receipt of merchandise will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
  • There are no exchanges or returns on custom orders.
  • All returned or exchanged merchandise must be in original new condition, unworn and with original packing.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. For your protections, please insure all returned goods.
  • For exchanges, customer will pay reshipping charges.
  • Refunds take 2 to 3 weeks to process and will be credited to your credit card account. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. It is the buyer's responsibility to file claims with the carrier upon the discovery of the problem. Proper refunds will not be made until the merchandise has been returned.
  • We send merchandise to our customers via priority mail with delivery confirmation (within the US), USPS, or EMS. Let us know by email if you plan to go out of town so that we can hold the parcel until your return.
  • While our manufacturers make every effort to provide uniformity in sizing, individual exceptions may occur, which is beyond our control. We will only be responsible for the reshipping charges if we made an error in shipping the wrong style, size or color.
  • Cancellation of custom orders - 85% refund within 48 hours of submission of measurement. No refund after 48 hours.

Exchanges will not be sent until reshipping charges are paid. Products received for exchange will be held until reshipping fee is paid. Please contact us for inquiry about re-shipping charges.

Payment Information Method 1 - Paypal Shopping Cart

Navigate to the product you want to purchase and click on the button, you can purchase multiple items by adding additional items to the shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, click on the button on the left side of the screen. The shipping charge will be calculated automatically when you checkout. Please enter the size and color choices for your order in the "Message to Seller (Optional)" box.

Method 2 - Paypal without Shopping Cart

Email the order detail to order@aidadancewear.com and indicate you want to pay through Paypal. We will let you know the total amount by email. Click on the Paypal "Click Here To Pay" button on the bottom.

Method 3 - Pay by Credit Card - call us at 650-267-4832 or 650-455-5544

Email the order detail to order@aidadancewear.com with your phone number. We will confirm the total amount by email. We will then call and get your credit card information. You can also call us to place a phone order.

Once we received the confirmation of your payment, we will process your order and an email confirmation will be sent to you with estimated delivery time . Sales tax is included in the price.
